We’re always looking for ways to enhance Find a Grave and help our community. Our team has been busy behind the scenes and we are thrilled to announce the launch of our shiny new support site! We have re-designed and added to our knowledge base to help you have all the information you need right at your fingertips. The knowledge base is divided into ten categories:
Common Questions • Account • Discover • Memorial Management • Contribute • Community • Tools • Group Projects • Mobile Apps • Privacy
You can easily search the support site for answers by entering any word in the search bar. You can also select the icons to navigate to topics that you’ll know and recognize like Memorials, Cemeteries, Suggest Edits, Photo Request, etc. The knowledge articles under those topics answer questions about the site, have tips for getting started, step-by-step instructions, explanations of features on Find a Grave, a section about the Find a Grave app and that’s only a portion of what you’ll find! You can find answers to your questions by selecting the icons for each category or through the dropdown menus in the header at the top of the page. We added a handful of frequently asked questions to the homepage for easy reference. Click on the question to open up the answer or to close it.
The support site is available in English now and will be translated in the future. The link to the support site can be found under Help at the bottom of the Find a Grave homepage.
