We have a support team that is dedicated to serving you and answering your questions. We also have our support site that can help and assist you on your Find a Grave journey. If you can’t find the answer to your question or need to contact us, please reach out! We’ve made some updates to our Contact Us page which will help better organize questions sent our way.
This updated section, “Account question or Support Request,” includes categories for different types of requests, shown here.

Please choose from these categories to send us an email with your question and continue to use the other sections available (e.g. send cemetery updates through the Update Cemetery section).
These changes will help us better organize and respond to your messages.
In the coming months, we’ll ask all contacts to come through our Contact Us page. This will help us adhere to legal requirements that stem from new laws and regulations in certain countries. These laws help increase transparency between our site and users who have reported content to us. We’ll update you when we make this additional change to our Contact Us form.
Our team is dedicated to supporting you and answering your questions. Thank you for your continued efforts fulfilling the mission of Find a Grave. We look forward to hearing from you!
Thank you so very much for the great update. Looking forward to it being much easier to ask questions. It definitely was needed.
What a deal! You guys rock and congratulations on a great organization.
Just have a easy way to find this info and links on your website.
I only have trouble with a couple of people who won’t fix a problem and ignore my requests for changes.
In fact that would be nice to know what requests are pending. No responses.
Also “messages” from someone usually a manager to my request should identify the grave the person is talking about. I sent them the info but it does not come back on their message
And I hate the new format on the website. Too many ads. Too easy to click on. And pictures freeze when trying to maximize the size so they can be seen or read
Thanks for your feedback. We’d love to gather more details to better inform us of your experience. On the Contact Us form, click on Website Feedback and submit your feedback and suggestions. Our support team is also available to help with any other question.
How do we find the “Contact Us” page from within the FG website?
At the bottom of the website, there is a link labeled Contact. Select that and you’ll be taken to this link:
https://www.findagrave.com/contact
I have looked all over the FG Home page and do not see “Contact” anywhere. I don’t see it at the bottom of memorials, either. I use an iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 16.5, Safari app.
It is at the very bottom of the website, to the left of and right next to the Privacy statement.
Could we have a button for “no flowers?” I lay flowers and such for babies and adults who do not have any.
Hi Emily, in the memorial search results, if you see the purple flower icon that means the memorial has at least one flower. If you don’t see a flower next to the memorial name, then virtual flowers haven’t been added to that memorial yet.
Find A Grave I was introduced to you in 2008 by my friend I have done genealogy with since then.
She said I would find you very helpful and for the past 17 years I have found that she spoke the truth! Thanks for being there!
Thank you so much for this improvement! It’s wonderful to see such improvements being made to Find a Grave. ________________________________________ Question: I don’t understand why it is necessary to remove any photo requests. That is counterproductive. Instead couldn’t an email automatically be sent to the photo request volunteer explaining that the manager is inactive and thanking them for the photo (s).
